The staff here are incredibly rude, particularly the woman who treats people like animals. There is no professionalism or courtesy. When you ask for a manager, all the servers just follow suit and act dismissively, even when you try to explain the situation. The overall lack of warm hospitality is truly disappointing. I am completely dissatisfied. I recommend checking the negative reviews, as they reflect the experience better than the overly positive ones.
