Reviews - Kabuke
Reviews summary
This Japanese restaurant offers a mix of experiences. While some diners praise its warm service, pleasant atmosphere, and flavorful dishes like egg rolls and lo mein with generous portions, others express disappointment over high prices, small sushi servings, and inconsistent food quality. Numerous customers report issues with freshness, such as questionable sushi and poorly executed entrees like sesame chicken and General Tso’s. Additionally, order delays and unhelpful staff have marred visits. Though once a favored spot for some, recent experiences suggest the restaurant struggles to maintain consistent standards, leaving potential patrons cautious about dining here.

While I hate posting negative reviews, I cannot get over the price paid versus the quality of food. I expected much more after spending over $50 on two takeout entrees for two people. Having not looked at pricing or reviews beforehand, that’s my fault. But I could have spent around the same amount at a nicer Japanese sit down restaurant and gotten better quality food. My fiancé and I used to visit this place regularly, as we had one of our first dates here. However, the last experience was the last straw for us. They served me gray tuna in my sushi and insisted that it was fine to eat. I'm convinced that sushi from the grocery store is of better quality and poses a lower risk of making me ill. We won’t be returning.
I used to like going there but I just payed 7$ for 2 pieces of sushi! That's crazy! No veggies in it nothing. They're prices are way more expensive and the servings are Tiny!!! I got to Peknwok in Perkasie and they give huge servings, food is always the best, and priced are great! This place is ok.
They told us it was a 25 minute wait and then waited till we got there to make it. They also gave us the wrong size lo mein and when we went back in to get it fixed asked three times for a tip. The food was also very over priced…won’t be going back again.
This was the worst Chinese food I've ever had. The sauce for the egg foo yong was supposed to be a peanut sauce, but it was ridiculously hot and spicy. I couldn't even eat my meal. I highly recommend not wasting your time or money at this restaurant. The customer service was also extremely disappointing. When you walk in to pick up your food, the place looks like a tornado has just passed through. I suggest you avoid this restaurant altogether.

I ordered Tempura online for pickup and was informed it would be ready in 15 minutes. I arrived on time, only to discover that my order hadn't even been started yet. Additionally, there was an...
I ordered General Tso’s chicken, and it was absolutely terrible. In fact, it was inedible. There was hardly any chicken in the dish at all. To make matters worse, I also got fried...
