It's unbelievable how dirty the tables were shortly after we arrived at 2 p.m. Unfortunately, nothing has changed even after 45 minutes. Shortly after we ordered, the grievance was reported to the checkout and repeatedly denounced for another 10 minutes Without success!!! The reason for this situation was the shift change. Neither a decision nor insight into the situation by the restaurant manager was apparent. Unfortunately, this Burger King branch does not have its own sanitary facilities. This facility can only be used by the restaurant next door (for a fee of €1). However, the receipt can only be redeemed when paying for your order in cash. According to the restaurant manager, redemption with prior card payment is not possible. Of course, the necessary information is not posted anywhere. This is not the first time that Burger King has received negative attention in the media. It seems like you don't learn from your mistakes. This was definitely our last visit to this branch. Next time we'll drive 5000 meters further to McDonald's. We hope that those responsible for this branch read this and make an improvement.
