We ate here twice whilst staying at the Pantalica Ranch. The food was home cooked and only what was available locally and in season. Absolutely delicious. it appeared to be just a set meal rather than individual dishes and you ate what was cooked on the day. We entertained a local Siclian couple who said the food was genuine Sicilian fayre and just what Sicilian families would eat. View all feedback.

I heard and saw everything, unhappy client got asked what was wrong and the owner not only was sure the customer was wrong but at the end they grabbed him by the throat twice and they also punched him in the face... hot white wine, shell eggs inside the food (I heard the owner saying that 's about right, it can happen ... and much much more. Three of them against one, in front of children! Eat their food and shut up! View all feedback.

Way too much food but delicious, great dinner in the evening and perfect local produce and cooked to perfection
We ate here twice whilst staying at the Pantalica Ranch. The food was home cooked and only what was available locally and in season. This place will blow your mind. Ranch is far away , middle of nowhere, but still less then 25km from sea. Surrounding by pure Sicilian mountains, nature, charged you with power. Swimming pool with great hills view around and 5 small villas offer accomodation. We came in the middle of rainy day. Owners, father and son was very charming and polite. We spoke with son about life there, olives, oranges, home made olive oil and Riccota cheese. Meanwhile father prepared unbeatable antipasti just from home products. Outside windy and rainy and inside quite with typical noise from fireplace. Very cozy place. You can buy their top quality olive oil, marmalades and other sauces, incl. local great wines. Amazing property, nice product and human beens. You need to visit this place.
