When you are in the north of Sardinië, the beatutiful coast between Stintino and Santa Teresa di Gallura, make sure you eat at Macondo. And if you do, make sure you order the Spaghettoni ai ricci. Thick spaghetti with sea urchin. Delicious. A Sardo classic. I loved it.
