It's an area I don't frequent because I used to work somewhere else entirely, so you inevitably tend to have friends and hang out there. This morning we decided to have lunch at Ristorante Sarti in Bonferraro. I have to say, everything was fantastic. Thirty-eight years later, I understand why my wife and I decided to celebrate at this place, when it was still run by our parents. I usually go to a pizzeria every week, but even those have become out of price. Maybe I'll skip a pizza party and go there more often for lunch or dinner.

I've known this gem of a restaurant for years (located in a small town in the lower Verona area), and each time it surprises me more and more. If you're passing through, I recommend stopping here for lunch or dinner. You won't be disappointed. Oh, I almost forgot... Very competent, kind, and helpful staff in a very elegant and refined setting. Score from one to ten? I'd say eleven!
