I'm glad we gave this place a second chance. the first time we went (july 20th 2020), the children behind the theke were careless and not worried about quality and service. yesterday (januar 14th 2021) we had excellent sushi, which were prepared in record time. I called 45 minutes before closing time and our order was finished in less than 15 minutes. the new staff seems more professional, eager to improve good food... View all feedback.

I have been extremely disappointed with my last two visits to this restaurant. The quality and efficiency of the service have been lacking. I am not sure if it is due to Covid adjustments or new staff, but the recipes have changed, the portions are smaller, and the wait times are longer. Worst customer service I've seen. in a year and a half I managed to get the line 3 times on 40 calls and more and stopped 3 times they put me waiting and then my line hung up. if you call them they don't answer 5 times and then stop hiring for the next 2 hrs. I pointed out once in store because I had called 5 times and he didn't want to prepare my sushi it was 5:30pm!
Service exécrable! Comment peut-on gérer un restaurant de sushi d'une aussi mauvaise façon! Dans mes 4 dernières commandes, jamais j'ai réussi à avoir mon repas avant 2 heures d'attente. Normal... Un seul livreur pour desservir la région! Il doit partir avec 8-9 commandes à la fois. Le dernier client reçoit ses sushis pas trop frais (aucun glacière). Et au restaurant, ils sont 2-3 employés pour confectionner les sushis et autres repas... Pauvres employés, ils font leur possible... Dommage car les repas, sushis sont excellents... C'est seulement gérer de la pire des façons, tout pour lui rien pour ses employés et clients!
