This Chinese dining room is laid-back and my go-to spot in the city.

As a native of Sorel-Tracy, I have been a customer of this restaurant for over 20 years. That being said, the food is very good and even excellent. My favorite is the Hunan beef, thinly sliced beef with sweet peppers, various colored onions, mixed with a pepper sauce with a hint of sweetness, sometimes mild and sometimes strong. The strength of the sauce depends on the chef, I suppose! The menu offers a la carte options, as well as combos which include a side of white rice, choice of chicken, wonton soup, egg rolls, soy sauce, and a cookie. The food is usually served very hot, with a 10% discount for counter orders. However, the major issue with this restaurant is the unstable staff, which results in inconsistent taste and quality. Additionally, the owners have difficulty with French, an issue that should have been resolved by now. If these problems were resolved, it would be the best Chinese restaurant in the region and deserve a fifth star. In short, do not judge the restaurant by its appearance. Yes, it is old and may not appeal to everyone, but it contains beautiful and delicious treasures. - Kabeljau F.T.

Premiere fois chez kim sing et particularement pas la dernière! bon prix et belle qualité. tout était chaud et croustillant. un délice. le service au téléphone était aussi de loin le plus courtois que j’ai reçu pour une livraison. j’ai enlevé une étoile seulement àcause du temps de livraison (1h40min) et du livreur qui ne respectait pas la distanciation au moment de payer à mon domicile et qui ne portait pas non plus le masque.

People don't seem to wash their hands or disinfect the place, especially the chinese lady, she touches everything without disinfecting herself. personally, i ordered once for takeout and it took me 1 hour to get my order, i had a bad experience, the service was terrible and there is a big lack of hygiene. think twice before eating at this crotter restaurant, you risk contracting COVID-19 during this pandemic period for sure. my grandon fell ill the next day. pay attention!
