As th... read more When the rest of the town seemed closed for the Thursday of Holy Week we were received warmly and helped to select the best paella we've tasted this year. As the restaurant filled with local couples and families on this special day it's clear that this convenient, friendly restaurant is also much appreciated by those who know Sorbas better than us.

However, although there were tables for... read more This seemed a very nice restaurant when we arrived, apart from it being on the main road, it was very nicely appointed. However, although there were tables for lots of clients, only two loos!? The service was extremely poor. We weren’t given the menu, but staff were wandering around offering dishes to people hoping they’d be tempted to take on. this was a group booking) When some food arrived it was lukewarm and had obviously been sitting around for some time. The wine was undrinkable and an insult to expect anyone to drink it. Even when I complained about the first bottle, the second white) was so weak I think it must have been watered down!? The red equally undrinkable.
