Gorgeous location in Piazza Santa Restituta, so centrally located, with a view of the Madonna delle Grazie that will bring tears to your eyes. Courtesy, kindness, professionalism! What more can I say? It's a Sora excellence. I bought the panettone from them this Christmas, and I still get compliments on it. But the icing on the cake is the home delivery service. Did you know that? I'm sure not! Well, I'm waiting for the croissants to be delivered directly to my door. Magnificent This is what happens when you care about your customers. Thank you, Sweet Mimì, forever.

The staff is incompetent and not professional. The products, however, are really good, too bad that to taste them you must always wait a lot.
