They have... read more Made the mistake of going on trivia night for a quiet dinner with friends. Note: Expect this to take over on Tuesday nights. The food was really good. They have some new menu items that we really enjoyed. If there was any feedback it would be to be able to add a protein to your delicious salads. Great service too! I will be back on a different night!

Despite making reservations through OpenTable and confirming that the restaurant was open both on their website and with a sign in the window, we arrived to fin... read more Despite making reservations through OpenTable and confirming that the restaurant was open both on their website and with a sign in the window, we arrived to find that it was closed. The door was locked, lights were off, and chairs were stacked on tables. Our group of three had to come up with a new plan as our reservation turned out to be pointless. I called and left a message to inquire about what had happened on their end, assuming there may have been an emergency. Unfortunately, no one returned my call. It was disappointing to experience a miscommunication and then a lack of communication, especially considering the many wonderful meals and gatherings I had enjoyed at this restaurant before.

I had their burger and my wife had the fish tacos. Both were fantastic, and paired well with the winesthey recommended.

We had a board w... read more We had a beautiful dinner at Vinocruz. Their meatballs were so good and I could not believe how delicious the Brussell sprouts with grits were. We had a board with cheeses and meat, very nice. The service is amazing! Whenenver I come back to Santa Cruz,Vinocruz will be part of my itinerary!
