Karczma Irena - Sopot

Brilliant little jewel! My wife found this place while I explored Sopot for our vacation. Great atmosphere. Well decorated with many fascinating pieces and pieces everywhere. The staff was very polite and fluent in English. The menu was also in English. The food was fantastic. Huge portions. Excellent cooked with great flavors. I can highly recommend the Golanka pig bone. Great place. Very recommended. Would definitely visit again.

If you ever visit Sopot, do yourself a favor and get a table at this charming place. The food is of high quality and a great introduction to traditional Polish dishes and drinks. The friendly staff and the cozy atmosphere make it one of our favorite places in this area. Bonus: very fair prices value for money. Can't wait to visit again when we go to Poland!

After I was in Sopot for 30 days, I must say this is the best culinary experience I had. It was calm. It was complete. Our host, Piotr, was great. My duck was crispy. A really beautiful experience.

Absolutely delicious food and MASSIVE PORTIONS! If we knew that the main dishes are SO BIG, we would not order an appetiser My TATAR (mince raw beef with spices and add-ons- typical polishing appetiser was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS, perfected, with the right amount of onion, Gherkins and spices. this is a true typical PROPER POLISH RESTAURANT with POLISH HOSPITALITY! Absolutely enthusiastic about food, and the waitress named MONIKA, who was very helpful and nice to us. Interior super rustic, you feel like turning back in time is super atmospheric for your romantic meal; highly recommended for all people, the stunning food along with stunning size of your portion we definitely come back! Thank you.
