Outstanding service! It seems like the entire staff is having a great time working. Their smiles are beautiful. My dishes arrived hot and fresh, especially the fries.

They are all busy when we came in Mcdonalds , But they are all smiling and trying their best to serve their customer with friendly manner.
Visiting in Sooke for a few days and decided to pick up two crispy chicken BLTs in the drive-in. At payment window was asked if one could be grilled. No, so it would be 9 minutes. We asked where to wait and she rudely pointed and said “next window”. (She actually repeated it). No smile, not a polite word. The woman in the second window was friendly and told us where to wait. Meal was right on time. However when got to our cottage discovered no condiments at all for fries. First time I’ve seen such a poor MacD’s experience.
