After reading their website on how much they care about their meat sources perhaps I was expecting too much of a fast food restaurant. The burgers were cold and bad. The fries were old and stale. Great burgers, chicken, breakfast items and service. Have eaten there many times over the past 3 years.
This A&W has disappoints me every time! Once or twice a year for the past 4 years I give this place a chance, hoping that maybe this place will improve and make a decent meal in a timely manner. Every time the food is subpar and takes too long. I’ve had cold food, stale/hard buns, overcooked dried out meat (Chicken and Beef), rubbery onion rings, burnt onion rings, over cooked fries... I’ve also been stuck, blocked in the drive-thru between the order speaker and the window with vehicles in front and behind me for over 20 minutes once!
Ordered a meal for our family today, Theu forgot our small gravy and BLT chicken burger . So we went home and realized this amd went back and told them our burger and gravy isnt in the bag . The girl made me pay for the burger twice and had attitude . I am very angry . Paid 16$ for one burger.
Once when i was younger i went there and i ordered chicken. i always cut up the pieces to let them cool down first. when i looked inside i saw under cooked chicken! other then that my experience is usually good there and pretty quick
