The 8 foods were ordered via Deliveryando and should be there at 17:45 (time was selected from Deliveryando). At 18:10 a.m., the Dönerladen was contacted by phone. The food came at 6:26 p.m. and the fries and the dönerfleisch were cold. So all 8 foods were cold. Then the Dönerladen was again contacted and asked in the callback when the boss was back.
