This is a well appointed restaurant with plush red interior set in a series of quirky rooms together with a large comfortable garden to which most of the clientele had repaired on this warm Friday summer evening. We preferred to eat inside however and for my wife's friend (whom we were visiting in her flat in town) a large helping of Hahnchenbrust (chicken breast) Grillteller (mixed grill for me) and Fitness salat for my wife. All generous portions so we only needed one course but then I could not resist the freshly made crepes following which my wife had an expresso-eis confection which were both well received and my wife's friend finished with a cappuccino. All very well cooked and presented and washed down with Weinschorle (white wine spritzer), two bitter lemons and given the heat of the evening two "pints"of Weizen Hell lager for me.
