Uno de los restaurantes más bonitos y típicos de Juayúa, con un auténtico estilo colonial y la mejor ubicación posible, siempre en sombra junto a la plaza central. Tienen mucha variedad de platos y podría calificarse como el buque insignia del pueblo. Por desgracia, sobre no ser barato, tienen la mala práctica de añadir en la factura el 10% de propina sin preguntar antes al cliente si quiere darla o no. De ahí le quito una estrella, aunque tal vez debería quitarle dos.

This is the most ICONIC place to go to relax and enjoy a great meal drink a beer and enjoy chatting with Ms. DORIS ORELLANA 'la jefa de jefes which is a very visionary, enthusiastic, passionate, entertaining woman who makes everyone welcome from the moment you stand in front of her bistro. The building has a character like the BALCONIES facing two sides of the street and also the unique ceiling made of metal tiles which is from early 1900s if not before. The service was ok but the amount of food that you get for the price is unacceptable when some places of the same kind of food outside the restaurant offer more and way better food for a much less price.
