Well I just got home and couldn 't wait to try my friend, Tommy Hornback 's Smoked Boston Butt from his business, Sweet Smokin ' Bar-B-Que. I must say, this is some of the best butt in the region! If you want real homemade bbq this is what you need. He brings a wealth of experience to your dinner plate and it shows. The flavors are complex with dynamic finishes that leave you smacking your lips and licking your fingers.
Amazing pulled pork! So smokey and sweet. We haven't been back to our (former) favorite bbq restaurant since we tried Sweet Smokin B-B-Q!
I recently had the opportunity to let Sweet Smokin BBQ fix my dinner, and let me say it was amazing!!! My family and I grazed on ribs, and chicken that packed so much flavor, it would make you wanna slap your momma!!! It's definitely two thumbs up from this girl!! And because the ribs and chicken were so delicious, we've since tried the pulled pork. Now this is my FAVE!!! Tender, and juicy, with the perfect balance of smoke and BBQ!! I literally licked my plate!!!
