After spending $65 for a 12 piece chicken bucket, I asked for a 2-3 honey mustard sauces at the window and was told my meal doesn't come with sauce and I'd have... read more After spending $65 for a 12 piece chicken bucket, I asked for a 2-3 honey mustard sauces at the window and was told my meal doesn't come with sauce and I'd have to pay an additional fee if I wanted sauces. $65 bucks for 12 pieces of meh chicken and having to pay extra for sauce is lame, place is definitely overpriced and they take the opportunity to price gouge wherever possible. (Also ordered extra crispy and only half my order was extra crispy, the other have was regular. The drive through lady said they didn't want to open a whole new box to make extra crispy thighs. So not only did I not get what I paid for, the food was not fresh)

It w... read more Every single day I see the managers drive around the drivethrew about 20x trying to get their drive threw times up. I worked KFC before so I know the deal. It wouldn't be so bad but they had me wait 15 minutes for chicken strips while the managers is driving around the damn store like dale earnhardt.

No... read more Just picked up an order to go. 16 piece chicken tender meal, I asked for extra bbq when I arrived and was assured it would be included before they parked me. Not only did we not get extra sauce we didn't even get a fraction of the sauces we paid for. 2 out of 8 sauces. Very very disappointed.
