I visited the cheese shop with my team while we were in Sonoma for our annual offsite, and it was a fantastic and delicious experience! I had no idea that cheese production could be both simple and so technical at the same time. Even during the downtime when the milk was heated, we were able to explore the open kitchen, which had so many delicious items! We enjoyed creating a decadent charcuterie board and sipping on some fine rosé. My team had a blast! Sheana and Ben were incredibly thoughtful and welcoming. I would definitely give this cheesery an 11/10 recommendation!
We had an incredible experience at The Epicurean Connection for our company meeting. Ben and Sheana were delightful to work with, customizing the entire event to meet our needs. They were patient, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. Thank you, SCA Health, for such a wonderful time!
