What User doesn't like about Happy Garden:
This place is very dirty. Even the plate they brought the food out on was dirty. I ordered a lunch special... which included soup, sweet sour chicken and chicken chow mien. The soup was cold (its called hot sour... it was only sour). There were 2 edible looking pieces of chicken, the others were black crispy. The chow mien was rubbery. I also used the rest room. I should've done that first. I would've just walked out... View all feedback.
The owner is so beautiful and the food is always fresh and on time it usually takes 15 minutes... I would recommend this restaurant to everyone.
