disappointment.... just called if you could pick up New Year's Eve (I know it's late). The lady on the phone didn't let me speak... immediately interrupted and said they were full. When I asked politely whether I could talk, and it's about picking up, the same text was pushed me conclusion: very unfriendly and not just trying to get guests. View all feedback.
