Shintoburi - Songnisandong

I was hiking in the area and decided to stop by this restaurant based on a recommendation. Just to clarify, the kimchi and spicy radish side dishes contain fish sauce. I ordered the large set to try all the vegan-friendly side dishes, which included 24 dishes. I also requested for the potato pancake to be made vegan and ordered tofu soup. I made sure to take pictures of everything just to be cautious.

This restaurant made me feel so cozy and welcomed that I almost wanted to spend the night there! The food was delicious, especially the pickled vegetables, and even the mushrooms, which I typically don't enjoy, tasted incredible.

After a 10 miles long walk in the songnisan national park I was looking for a warm, hard and fill to recharge my soul. this place let me take off my shoes and the night almost! eating is delicious, the pickle vegetables were incredible, and even the mushrooms (which I did not have the greatest fan of) tasted amazing!
