In June 2019, I had another excellent dinner at Dosa. Food was both imaginative and delicious. The quality of food is definitely at the 3 Michael Star level. From 2017: Dosa is fantastic. Amazing art and incredible taste. I had a 10-course menu, and each course was stellar. This place is so good or better than the Gastro Bistros you can find in Paris. A perfect mix of French cooking technology with Korean ingredients. Service was also exceptional. Dishes contain foie grass cake with wild Korean berries sauce, a potato chip with black squid color and filled with crab; smoked iberico pork chop with a Korean BBQ sauce, kimchi endive, sashimi with uni and caviar, wild Korean rice risotto, a fake egg for desert with liquified mango as the Jolies I enjoyed this meal more than the dinner I had at the 3 Michelin star restaurant Arzak in San Sebastian.
We visited this trendy, upscale contemporary Korean restaurant before they got their 1 star. each court in its 13-course dinner was a work of art both visually and tastefully. unique, fresh, seasonal ingredients were presented carefully and creatiw. service-wise, in contrast to the rude server, the sous cook (jason oh) was very personal and responsive.
Wow that was a good value for money top class modern Korean lunch!
