I was planning to get some food and when I walked up to the ordering station I noticed a girl leaning on the counter on her phone and a boy over in the deli area. The boy said that he was sorry but he was told he was not allowed to make any food. I looked at him confused and said, “you’re joking right?”. As he said no I looked at the fryer and noticed it was turned off. I was very confused because the store was open with two employees who were telling me they were not allowed to make any food. The boy told me he was advised by the district manager not to make any food and he was really sorry. First of all, he was not sorry at all. He makes food any other day he works. Just because it is Christmas does not mean he “can’t” make food and if he was really sorry and wanted to make me food, he would have. I’m pretty sure he would not have gotten in trouble for doing his job! He was quite happy that he didn’t “have” to make me food, I could see it in his face. I’m not sure if he was really told not to make any food that day and if he was, I am really confused about the reasoning behind it. Yes, it was Christmas but if they were “not allowed” to make food then why was he even at work if he wasn’t supposed to do any work. You were just paying employees to stand around? That just doesn’t make any sense! That visit to your store was quite a disappointment for me, on Christmas, and from now on I will just skip visiting the Dandy since serving their customers is not a priority! Do better Dandy 39!

When I came in today there was no soap in the bathroom no coffee no creamer their were a... read more Every time I come in here I order food it takes forever to get it made. When I came in today there was no soap in the bathroom no coffee no creamer their were around 16 customers waiting in line to pay. Me and 3 other people waited for about 20 min for coffee to be made. I think they just need more employees the two women who were there were very nice and finally realized I was waiting and apologized a few times.
