When we arrived, the staff member on duty completely ignored us; we waited for five minutes without anyone asking if we needed assistance. If I could give a zero-star review, I would. I hope the owner sees this message and takes action. It was nighttime, and the employee seemed to have a disdain for his job—he only appeared to be there for the paycheck.
