We pay the flavour of the menu with our stay at the hotel campsite. Unfortunately, with a reservation at 8:30 p.m., no order was made until 9:15 p.m. on the first night and, afternoon, on the second night, our order was only taken at 9:05 p.m. Apologies invoked by staff (which is undoubtedly for nothing): The chef is alone in the kitchen tonight. So we can't take your orders and you have to wait. We therefore sit wisely, without further explanation. A lot of misunderstanding and waiting for our holiday dinners. One question: What is your way of managing human resources to find you to a person in the kitchen for a restaurant with 25 tables, on two nights near 15 August? We will not blame the restaurant staff who seems to do its best, but we remain very surprised and disappointed in this situation. The dishes are uneven. Some are good others clearly unbalanced, but probably waiting spoils the experience. True to the slogan of the establishment Let's take time to live.
