A challenge arose regarding a service for a paraplegic individual. Upon hearing this, Bruce, the manager, responded with remarkable defiance. He offered a sincere and compassionate apology. What a response! Thank you, sir.
As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the delightful aroma of freshly baked bread and the warm smile of a helpful staff member. On a previous visit, I had ordered something that didn’t quite suit my taste, but Russell, the manager, was incredibly kind and accommodating. He made me a new sandwich that perfectly matched my preferences, allowing me to truly enjoy my meal. This level of attentiveness is rare and certainly appreciated!
An issue occurred resulted in a paraplegic being denied service. When Bruce -the manager- heard this he reacted appropriately: with indignation sympathy. He apologized sincerely with compassion understanding. What a response! Thank you sir.
Just when you walk in the door and the smell of the freshly baked bread and the warmth and the smiling faces helpfulness the other day I had ordered something that was a little too upsetting for my stomach and because of that Russell the manager was so nice and helpful and remade my sandwich for me so I could actually eat it without setting my stomach I highly recommend this place and the food is just as usual delicious
