J.p.licks Davis Square - Somerville

Seeking relief from the summer heat, we stopped into JP Licks for a break! While I just got iced coffee, the line was long for homemade ice cream which looked wonderful! A great place to relax for a bit and enjoy a treat!

I love this place!<br/ It's cozy and perfect to have some relaxing time with your friends. The place it's not to big, son maybe you won't find table to sit.<br/ Coconut almond chip!! The best : <br/

J.P. Links stared out in Jamaica Plain. They were a one shop ice cream store. Now they have a few stores and they make fresh ice cream and cakes. I find their ice cream a bit heavy, but hey it is ice cream! I find it hard to go wrong with an ice cream place.

Frozen Yogurt. I love going to J.P. Licks because they not only have frozen yogurt (it's getting hard to find places that still offer it), but they have a multitude of flavors, not just plain, boring vanilla or strawberry.

I come to this location regularly for my ice cream. I wanted to comment, though, that I had wonderful experience being served by Reverly (not sure if I got the spelling correct). She was kind and polite throughout the entire time of serving me! And the ice cream…that was great too!
