Last night, I arrived at 6:15 PM, which I think is a perfectly reasonable time... read more I've tried to give this Jack's multiple chances, but it consistently disappoints. Last night, I arrived at 6:15 PM, which I think is a perfectly reasonable time for dinner, and was informed that they were already closed. There were still two cars ahead of me waiting for their food. According to Google and their website, their hours state they close at 10 PM. It's just absurd. I really don't understand how this location continues to operate.

I have worked in the restaurant business and I know when some one is lying because they are too lazy to do their job and they got fired! The lady told us they didn’t have coke any more! Also when we tried to get a milkshake (just like McDonald’s) they had an excuse to not make it! Sheesh why promote items if they have employees who don’t care about it’s costumers by not wanting to fully work the job! Just saying
