Burger King - Somerville

The customer service is terrible. The staff interrupts you and displays a lot of unnecessary attitude. Even asking for something simple, like a different sauce, results in eye rolls.

I bought an ice cream cone, and as soon as I received it, it didn’t resemble ice cream at all. It looked more like ice, and the taste was terrible. I've never had to throw a cone away before, but this one went right out the window.

I was pressed for time and needed something quick to eat before heading home from the mall and this place hit the spot. The line moved quickly, I got my food fast and it was very delicious. The fries were hot and crispy and my burger was cooked just right. I would definitely go back on my next trip to Cambridgeside Galleria.

Found a piece of hair in my sandwich for the second time! The manager on duty was more than rude. To put the cherry on top, I saw two mice running around behind the counter. Disgusting; I am going to go throw up. How can you serve your customers food when you obviously have a food violation? Burger King does not care about their customers. Done ordering from here.

I just visited this Burger King in the Cambridgeside Galleria and the customer service was completly awful. I placed an order with the server and they got my order completely wrong when i said my order to the lady 3 times, then she went on to say well of you want the rest get back in line and get out my way. Completely awful service. Ths store will never get my business again
