5 stars to Burger King? Food quality exactly as you expect but the reason why the full star count is the service. Super impressed by the service. Obviously understaffed but the front of house manager on the floor was amazing. Very efficient, doing two to three things at once and on top of that, a huge smile on her face to each customer. Props as well to the back of house crew who were getting the food out very quickl... View all feedback.
What Yennifer Z doesn't like about Burger King:
Customer service is horrible. They don't let you speak and give extreme attitude for no reason and you can ask for a basic thing like a different sauce because they roll their eyes. View all feedback.
I was pressed for time and needed something quick to eat before heading home from the mall and this place hit the spot. The line moved quickly, I got my food fast and it was very delicious. The fries were hot and crispy and my burger was cooked just right. I would definitely go back on my next trip to Cambridgeside Galleria.
Super friendly and quick and they get my food right... For comparison purposes, they are a mall Burger King so they don't have all the deals... Like any Burger King, it is fast food, so you get what you pay for. Not the nicest food court, but has what you need.
Burger King recently rewon my affections using the rodeo cheeseburger (a cheeseburger with bbq sauce and an onion ring on it). Even if they hadn't thus seduced me, they'd be up in my book, owing to the company's promise to begin purchasing cage-free eggs and crate-free pork. Only a small percentage of the total eggs and pork offered by BK will be of the more humane variety, but it's a start.
Guys, this is a Burger King in a mall. Seriously, what do you expect? I find it's always great to go in with low expectations. In that, I expect to wait in the line for a half-hour, listen to children crying because they didn't get the toy they wanted, and get the wrong beverage. Friends, this is all true, but it's okay (remember: low expectations . I had the pleasure of fattening myself on February 18, 2012. There were 2 people in line (one party being a large family with three unruly children and one older gentleman (who was adorable . Although it took an hour (alright, five minutes to get my food after placing my order, I was a little ticked that I got Diet Coke instead of Dr. Pepper (but maybe they were doing me a favor with the lack of caloric intake and I was far too lazy to correct the problem since I was already sitting down . The staff was rather unfriendly (but what do you expect? the food was spot-on (it's a fast food chain and the wait was a little long than usual. I'd go back.
Found a piece of hair in my sandwich for the second time! The manager on duty was more than rude. To put the cherry on top, I saw two mice running around behind the counter. Disgusting; I am going to go throw up. How can you serve your customers food when you obviously have a food violation? Burger King does not care about their customers. Done ordering from here.
