Jack In The Box - Somerton

This restaurant was dirty when I came in and smells like water. the personal was rude and seemed to miss you. I finally gave an order and they have put my food on the floor, not apologise and seemed okay. when I spoke to the manager in the service, he smiled and said there was nothing he could do about it. he left. then the staff continued to serve 3 other customers who ordered food there after I did it and kept me eating on 20 min after the fall in order to get me my order. the owner of this franchise should really check to properly trade there team so that they will give a proper customer service in the future. also the health inspector would do well to make surprise visits as the load looked dirty and smells like water.

Every time I have come to this jack, they will get something wrong on my order and when they try to push them in their order. the other time when I ordered a sharp one with cheese and they gave me no cheese, but still charged me, I asked for lime powerade and gave me lemon there are so many things wrong that do not fit here. I would love if they got my order right, so I would come more often, but I would rather go to a jack in yuma, then the one 5 minutes away from me.

This is literally the most embarrassing place to ever order food. Make sure they turn off their head of live before they talk about me and my man and how upset they are. I never wanted to live in my life, to reach the window and make my own food, to fear that you will ruin it. they should all really consider different job types, from windows, to cook, to frit management. every single one of you has given the most beautiful look tonight and it is embarrassing, not mine. a lot of luck in living and my name is clearly written on this review if they feel like a chat.

Müll. customer service zero. eat zero. close them or place them new employees because they clearly hate their jobs.

Got curly fries that were 1 inch long and they looked like bottom of the batch!
