Delicious pan dulce and great prices. Great variety. There's breads, muffins, cakes, donuts, cookies. So many options and all so delicious. All very authentic and great customer service. We come here all the time. We always bring bread home after dinner at Flamingos next door. View all feedback.
What Esmeralda R doesn't like about Elvira's Bakery:
Service is a hit and miss, at times cashier seems like she's bothered by customers and other times not (not the same cashier all the time) they do have a good variety of pan dulce which is nice. Some of the bread is pretty good, sweet and soft. The only exception are the donuts those are dry. View all feedback.
Service is always great! Food is great with the exception of a couple of menu items. Tamales are always dry, but the menudo is delicious!
Excellent bakery. The cream filled pastries are fabulous. Service was impeccable! The restaurant connected to the bakery is excellent. Thank you. We will come again!

In four months of exploring the bakery scene in the Yuma valley all have something wonderful to offer. Elvira's has ,however, risen to the top of our list. There are many reasons for this! Rather than to offer woefully inadequate words let me simply encourage you to do as I have. Go! Sample a few tempting favorites, try something new and unexpected. Visit with the kindhearted ladies serving in the bakery and in the adjecent Flamingo restaurant! A picture is worth a thousand words... so here are many thousands of words worth!!!
Bread here is pretty good including the pastries and if you want good pastries this is the place
