I have to admit that the service can still be inconsistent, and having more management present could help manage the expectations of the demanding local clientele. It's important to keep in mind that there is significant competition in the area. Additionally, I disagree with those who claim the prices are high; on the contrary, I find their prices quite reasonable with a good variety on the menu.

Sometimes I call in to place orders, and other times I bring suppliers with me to the Java Bistro. The service is consistently quick, and the staff is incredibly friendly. They offer a massive selection of dishes, and the coffee is delicious as well. The prices are definitely reasonable and comparable to other restaurants. I absolutely love this place, and the view of the sanctuary pond is stunning.

We had each a main course, a bottle of wine to share, a dessert and a cappuccino/coffee. The food doesn't take long and is well presented. Friendly waiters and good relaxed atmosphere. They have different specials especially during the week. We will definitely be back.
