We ordered our lunch from there as a pick up. My burger was ordered to be well done, it was raw!!! Called them and was told they would refund my money or give me a free burger and frenchfries, next time. Went for the return of the money, they said you were mis informed we don't refund money and gave me 2 prices of gob cake and said that's the best they can do.
