Quickchek - Somerset

Ordered a 12 inch with double chicken and they completely forgot about it. Payed an extra 3 dollars for nothing. They weren’t even busy and they had a bad attitude!

I'm sure the night shift is not very busy. They need to clean up before the next shift starts. The entrance area always has tons of fingerprints on the door and the vestibule is always dirty too with lots of leaves.

This place is filthy inside and out,,,there is also a scary homeless guy that never leaves

Only giving a 4 because the redhead lady at register today could use a little customer service training. I asked about lotto and she was visibly annoyed with me. Then a coworker came and she started complaining about the man before me. Sorry, I don’t wanna hear that, in customer service roles you need to shut that down in your head. Maybe a little coaching would help her. Other than that, the place is neat, clean, and 8’ve never had any issues. Food is quick and there is variety.

The most fun I’ve ever had getting gas! This lady is coming up to the car with all this energy calling all the customers “baby” Her positive attitude is incredible!!
