I went in for lunch with my son. I ordered a #11 but who doesn't experiment with their food? A Chicken strip on a buttery biscuit smothered in KFC sauce is what I enjoyed Thanks For View all feedback.
What Sage Myers doesn't like about Kfc:
Tried calling for 2 days straight. Had originally ordered an 8 piece crispy and gotten original. When I finally drove back down after NOBODY answering the phone for 2 days Iet with pure idk attitude. Clarissa or similar to that couldn 't have cared less and wanted me to buy another set. We wont be returning. Sad View all feedback.
The young girl who took my order sounded like she was having a rough night but definitely not rude. The young man at the window was extremely polite and had great customer service. I had to pull to the front to wait for my order and it was quicker than I had expected it to come out since I had 5 chicken sandwiches and two were without pickles. The other young man who brought me out my food was extremely nice and pleasant. They got the order perfect like they always do. Honestly, I go here pretty regularly and they always have such polite staff even though they are younger adults and teens. Very fresh food clean inside and they always do a great job getting my son’s order right when we ask for no pickles. Will continue to be a regular customer. Way better than the service at the one in Fall River. Worth the drive over the bridge! We enjoyed our meal thank you for your hard work and great customer it means a lot!
Very disappointed with KFC especially this one, I used to enjoy kfc but seems everywhere prices go up and portion size went down. Also walk in there are 2 registers and about 7 employees but both registers closed you are forced to use self serve kiosks, why is the minimum wage going up for workers to stand around talking. Would be nice to walk into a place fast food or not and be greeted and have your order taken, everywhere you go it's self serve it's ridiculous.
Regretfully, my first time using the on-line KFC App was a disaster. Using the App was easy. However, when I arrived to pick up my order at the Somerset, MA store it wasn 't there. I was informed by Store Manager Adam that they received my order, packed it but was picked up by Door Dash and there wasn 't anything they could do for me. In fact, Adam said, this happens all the time! Talk about rubbing salt in the open wound!! What kind of customer service is that? At the very least, the store Manager could have agreed to pack me my order. But he refused. Only 8 pieces of chicken. How much would that have cost KFC, especially when there was no dispute that they made the error! Had he packed me my order, you would still have a satisfied customer. Rather, store Manager Adam sent me home empty handed, hungry and angry. Is that how District Managers teach their store Managerial staff about customer service? What is KFC 's cost for 8 pieces of chicken? Really?!! Now you are left with a customer with a vote of no confidence in your App. As a long term retail Manager myself in an unrelated field, I recommend you send Adam for retraining in customer service. Meanwhile, it would help if you designate separate areas for Door Dash orders, keeping separate from customer self- Pick up orders. If space is an issue, maybe pack Door Dash orders in different colored bags or maybe tag them? How difficult would that be? I did receive my refund, but I would rather have recieved better customer service from the store Manager.
We wanted original but there was only Xtra crispy and it was 1 pm Sun 11/19. It was a 35 mnt wait!! The last batch of reg.was bought at 12 pm. Grrr
