If the restaurant is closed, I'll give Christened Lights 5 stars. It's a spacious restaurant with a great atmosphere, perfect for families as there are always children around. The prices are a bit high for the type of food they offer. The service is average in speed when they are busy, but pretty fast when it's quiet. The staff is always friendly.

I have serious doubts about the ethics of any establishment that shines bright spotlights onto the nearby campground. This is unacceptable. I would give a negative review if I could, as this restaurant kept my children awake until midnight while we were camping across the river. It's disgraceful and shameful that they and their customers would condone such behavior.

The best broasted chicken ever! General Sam's boiled chicken is the best in the two-state area. It is always juicy on the inside and extra crispy on the outside. They offer all-you-can-eat on Wednesday evenings, and I make sure to go at least once a month to satisfy my chicken craving. The service is top-notch, with friendly, fast, and fun staff. Elisa always remembers what I like, pours my favorite beer, and confirms my chicken order before I even sit down at the bar.

I had hoped to enjoy a Sunday afternoon Bloody Mary and brunch at this restaurant, but when I arrived at 12:00 pm as their normal business hours stated, the gate was still closed at 12:05. I will be avoiding this place since I have seen other negative reviews about the owner and how they treat their customers.

The restaurant provided a stunning setting for my daughter's wedding. The location, food, and service were all fantastic!
