Chili's Grill - Somerset

I was there a little more than a week ago, what a terrible experience. Ordered a plain cheeseburger, nothing on it. they bring a burger with everything(get sick throw up if I bite an onion) they take it bring in the back just scrap the fixings off bring it back, still had onion Lettice on it. I said are you kidding me they made like everything was ok. I got upset that they didn't come close to fixing it don't care what or how they serve there food. If you make a scene they call the cops on you. Serve had nose pierce was touching it. Management finally reached out made it like its my vault for wanting it plain the staff just needs to be talked to possibly retrain them. I'll never go to another Chilli's. Board of health went talked to them about serving food again after being returned to the kitchen. wish I could have given no stars

I mean, it's Chili's. If you like Chili's, you'll like this one. Nice setup inside.Kid-friendliness: Always very nice to my child and the menu has several options for her.

Honestly the best place to eat . Love the burgers and the chicken fajitas . Also best drinks in town they make the best margaritas ?Kid-friendliness: Kids love it here

We get take constantly and we are always satisfied. Unfortunately this time the ribs were very dry and my husbands chipotle crisper were also dry

We got seated right away. We sat there for over 10 minutes and no one ever even acknowledged we were there. We got up and walked out and on the way out the 3 girls in the front standing at the hostess podium never took their faces out their phones and actually said to us have a good night. Really have a good night!!! We went there for my husbands birthday and ended up with nothing. I think you need to fire 2 hostesses and hire 2 more waitresses. How disgraceful.
