Chipotle Mexican Grill - Somers Point

This is not my favorite restaurant chain. The menu items are unmarked, there are no refried beans, and it doesn't feel very authentic Mexican to me. Additionally, there was no Mexican music playing.

Service is always great however food has been on decline at each of my recent visits. Today the rice was crunchy/hard like it had been sitting a while. Guac was brown, no green in sight. Sodas 3/4 filled. Chips were so salty that were not edible. Chicken was fatty/chewy. Just gross.

Never had an issue dining in, although my first and only experience with the mobile ordering wasn't supreme however I'll give the benefit of the doubt and assume it was an off day. food is always fresh and I think it's worth the money.mobile order incident:placed an order with my coworkers on a friend's account using another friend's cardthey ran out of chips for the night and could not do a refund unless I had the card on me, however they were kind about it and allowed me to get the refund for my friend if he showed up with the receipt, he just didn't feel like it.it did take almost half hour from the set time for me to even get my food though, just for the vinaigrette to be missing from my friends order. it's alright though.

This Chipotle is the worst. They give the smallest portions (probably so they don’t have to make more) and are genuinely always out of chips. It’s also so dirty in there.
