Depends on what you get. I agree with a previous reviewer that stated the bagels can be inconsistent. Sometimes they are the best around, and sometimes the chain bagel locations are better. I honestly still take my chances, just to support them though. The vibe reminds me of New York bagel places, know what you want and order quickly, or get out of the way. View all feedback.

OK place in a pinch, but it’s sad that the only local bagel place in Solon has such inadequate bagels. They are really just glorified rolls. A good bagel should have the air bubbles on the surface and the crispy/chewy texture. No matter what, they always seem stale. If you are looking for an authentic New York bagel, this ain’t it. First time visiting bagels were very good and service was excellent
This place is excellent! Coffee is good, food is great, and you can't get a better bagel. The whole team working there are friendly and always happy, it's a treat to go here.
This was only my 2nd time going here and omg they are the nicest employees ever. I've never gone somewhere that the employees are that nice, they are patient they listen and the order is correct not only that it's fresh and great. Definitely was a hidden gem for me and thankful I found it and tried it out
This has been our go to place for bagels for years! The selection of breakfasts and sandwiches are delicious.A big shoutout to Roseanne for her superior customer service skills. She truly went above and beyond to address our every need. It’s rare to find an individual who focuses on the customer’s satisfaction.Highly recommend a visit to D&R Bagels!
I've been coming here since i was a baby and this is by far my favorite breakfast place. their bagels and cream cheese tastes AMAZING. i recommend 10000
