I ordered 2 chicken, fajita veggies,corn, red salsa, cheese, and sour cream bowls. My order was ready on time, picked up my order at 5:30pm. I got home 15min later was about to eat my food, to, what the hell is this. I barely had any food in my bowls. They really need to train their employees how to prepare food. I paid for this!!! This is crazy. I won't be eating from here again. You better check your food before you leave.
This Chipotle is possibly the worst in the world. Despite everything going on with monkeypox and COVID, you would think cleanliness and sanitization would be their top priorities. However, there are three to five employees who handle everything, from the food to the cash register and money, with the same pair of gloves. When asked to change their gloves, they refuse and continue working on online orders without changing them. I wish they wore name tags so I could report them. I may be just one person, but I know many others in Solon who will not be returning to this Chipotle. It's strange because I haven't been here in years, but decided to give it a try today - what a disappointment.
