Flinders Motel On Main - SOLOMONTOWN

We had been struggling to find a decent meal in Port Pirie, but Flinders Motel on Main was a breath of fresh air.The restaurant was bright and clean - the orange and black theme really works well. The staff are friendly and relaxed, but also were attentive and professional. Prices are mid-range - $25 - $35. Serves area good size, and the menu is broad and varied, with a kids section.A most pleasant experience. Would recommend it, and would go there again.

Flinders Motel on Main in Port Pirie seems at first sighting to be simply another Motel in a mid sized town. However this is a Motel striving to achieve levels of excellence in customer service and satisfaction that many highly rated establishments would be proud to provide.Owners Catrina and Greg Collins have undertaken an extensive and full refurbishment of the motel (still a work in progress) which they purchased in early 2015.At the time the then Flinders Ranges Motor Inn had fallen on tough times with only two rooms operating and no restaurant facilities available.Since taking over in March of 2015 Catrina and Greg have worked tirelessly to bring the now Flinders on Main back to life and their labour of love is paying big dividends.This motel is a bustelling

Refurbished rooms. Excellent owner manager. Friendly and nothing was too much. Fabulous coffee. Unfortunately the chef had the night off so we weren't able to taste his fare, however his reviews are excellent!

Been here before, this ti,e staying at the motel. Great meal, quick service despite a full restaurant and staff were a credit to the establishment, great night

Have eaten here several times - the food has always been very nice and the staff extremely friendly. Would highly recommend it as a dining option in Port Pire
