We recently ordered 4 subs from the Solomons location and just want to say how great our experience was. The 2 ladies working were busting their tails making multiple on-line orders and taking orders from customers waiting in the store. They were very friendly, quick and efficient and I just wanted to give them a kudos and let them know they are greatly appreciated!
I visited the restaurant on Thursday night around 9:51 PM. I had a late workday and hadn’t eaten anything all day. Although the sign said they were open, I noticed they were preparing to close since they shut down at 10 PM. Shell and Alex were busy cleaning when I inquired if they were still serving. Shell kindly explained that they were wrapping up, but when I mentioned I only wanted a tuna sub, she graciously took my order. She prepared my sub perfectly with a friendly smile and a pleasant demeanor. Alex also assisted by bringing out some toppings. As someone who used to work in customer care, I can say that this was one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in a long time. I highly recommend visiting this restaurant—you'll understand why! I’m looking forward to returning soon for another tuna sub. A big thank you to Shell and Alex for their outstanding service and teamwork! Kudos to both of you!

The restaurant prioritizes in-person orders over online ones, even when those online orders were placed 30 minutes earlier. The wait time is incredibly frustrating.
The location in Solomons, Maryland, really needs to retrain its staff. This is the second time I've placed an order and received the wrong items. The bread wasn’t toasted, the condiments were wrong, and the vegetables were not what I requested. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but this is getting frustrating. Should I just start making my own sandwich when I visit? I didn’t want to drive all the way back to the restaurant to complain, especially since I was starving and gas prices are so high right now. Please, just pay attention and make the sandwiches correctly. It really isn't that hard.
