Young lady who took my order seemed lost and unable to answer a question that was asked 3 times and never answered. Kind of sad.

He shook his head,... read more I had to give this place one star. I ordered my food and while I was waiting, I watched a man in the kitchen drop sandwich buns on the floor. He shook his head, picked them up, and put them directly into the toaster. I spoke up to the server at the counter, and when the manager came over, all she said was that he wouldn't do something like that, essentially calling me a liar. I clearly asked for a refund and canceled my order. If I hadn't witnessed it myself, I might have doubted it. But that is just disgusting. I've been coming to this place for years, and the thought of that incident makes me cringe. I won't be returning.

Customer service was good, lady that took my order was po... read more Ordered a $12 spicy chicken sandwich combo meal, waited in drive thru for about 10 mins or so not bad. Customer service was good, lady that took my order was polite. Get home to what appears to be a chicken tender in place of a chicken breast. This is frustrating, if you run out of breast for a sandwich don’t sell the sandwich.
