I went to Kingfishers because a friend had previously recommended it. She had been to Kingfishers and in spite of the fact that it was farther than other restaurants from the Welcome Center, she said it was worth the walk. And she was right! We loved it. The food, the staff the view were great I highly recommend it. I just wish the fireplace had been lit. It was cold in there.
If you're looking for a restaurant with local atmosphere of the island great service and fabulous food this is the place!
We're always pleased with our meals and service. Our daughter loves their kids crab legs and hush puppies. We enjoy the oysters and calamari appetizer the best. Often followed by trying something new each visit! The deck is beautiful and we have enjoyed every trip there so far!
Fabulously fresh, local seafood. My crab cakes were lightly fried to perfection. Those bay seasoned fries were hot and tasty. Service is friendly, this is waterside dining at it's most enjoyable. I bring my visiting family members and friends to Stoney's for Southern Maryland seafood.
The mac and cheese is great. Jambalaya is great. Everyone knows the crab cakes are the best. Had a great time.
