I was very skeptical about eating here as I am a picky eater not as bad as I used to be but I got a sub and I thought they was kind of expensive BUT once I saw my sub it definitely was not expensive it was one of the biggest subs I had ever had and even gave the other half to my son because I couldn't finish it being so big, and the sub was AMAZING!! I get my order to go, but they make the best philly cheese steak around! And they are quick. They also have breadless bone-in hot wings.
I placed an order this evening for two subs..when I arrived they were ready. they made a tuna sub instead of turkey like the asked but maybe the connection wasn't great. when I arrived I was greeted by two women. very pleasant. it had to have been 85 degrees in there. it was close to 100 outside. I felt so bad for the employees. Is that even legal? Ovens were on and cooking. Shame on Jerry's for not closing until their AC is fixed and expecting people to do this...
Ordered 2 pizzas, chicken nuggets, and onion fries. Only got the pizzas. Unsure if Jerry's or Grub hub missed the 2 items. Only got a store credit for the future. Obtw 1 pizza was cold. Unsat. Also way over priced.
Food ok, but interior is NASTY!!!! Can't belive that management can't see all the bugs and dirt everywhere ?
Asked for Cheesesteak sub with everything. Very little Lettuce and onions,no tomatoes. They forgot my large fry. I asked for and got fries but not large. It was almost $20. Very disappointed

Simply order a large ham, olive and extra cheese pizza. it took an hour and twenty minutes to receive it, which was understandable by a concert in Salomonen. which was not understandable was the quality. the pizza was hardly a thin crust; several of the slices had a single olive slice or a piece of ham on them; and in any case it had not been extra cheese. $20 is not a reasonable price for what I have received. if I were the owner of the company and my manager sent product of this quality to someone who has been a loyal customer for over twenty years, they would be fired at location!
I ordered delivery and was only charged for everything to find out 1 he later when I called that they didn't have a driver! I asked about my money back, but they said they had to ask a manager! don't worry, my bank will refund me. all they had to do was disable the delivery option!

The food was better. there is a hired person who leads around the load who cries to other employees, creates a tense environment for diners. looks like this lady hates her job and doesn't want to be there. she said very loud that she hates door locks when a door lock supplier was in charge. the price for eating has risen, but the quality of the food has decreased.
Service was nothing like it used to be years ago. Employees were courteous and professional but slow, much older crew than you would normally see at a fast food restaurant. Took 30 minutes to get an 8 inch Double Trouble. I was only 4 orders back. However, I still loved the sub. Jerry's is still the best.
