This is one of my favorite restaurants in Panajachel. It is the only place that knows how to make my favorite spaghetti carbonara perfectly! The atmosphere is very quiet, clean, and the staff is friendly. View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Casablanca:
My friend and I had a terrible experience here. Aside from the food being just ok, there were other customers there who were extremely rude to us and the staff just stood by and watched silently. There were only three tables of patrons on the night I went and apparently our voiced carried. Well the table behind us did not use any manners when addressing our volume and just came at us rudely.
