A restaurant with an Italian concept is present in the new Solo, precisely on the 3rd floor of the Best Western Premiere Hotel Solo. The place is comfortable and very relaxing. Close to the swimming pool area. The food is all delicious, especially the pizza. Different from most pizzas. . The price is also not too expensive, very worth it. Friendly and good service. Anyway, it's really suitable as a place to spend time with family, friends or girlfriends.
It is absolutely not an italian resto. only people who never eat the real italian food, can appreciate it. i tried many dishes.the burrata was good, but not too much fresh. the bolognese lasagna with not enough besciamella sauce and a topoing of an acid tomato sauce. the pizza margherita not cooked enough, seemed a rubber. i checked the temperature of the oven; it was 150C instead of the minimum 300C. i tried the tiramisu': it was everything but not a tiramisu'; too much mascarpone and biscuit without coffe and a bit of cocoa powder on the too, that glued the mouth. finally the espresso coffe; despite of the brand Illy, that is the best in italy, the cup was full of what i call dirty water. surely not recommended.
This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool, the staff is also friendly. Good food, good service, and for their prices it's 100% worth it Would like to come back here again.
