Yes, where should you start, no matter if service, which is very nice, professionally very good and courteous, or the fantastic varied cuisine!? the offer of selected wines, the smal talk with the guests, no matter what, it is and remains an enrichment for wuppertal. I like to be there and enjoy the time.
We were eating yesterday (on Sunday) in the french. first and (as I have to say unfortunately) also for the last time. but from the front: the ambiente is beautiful - much nicer than it suggests the photos on the homepage. the prices on the menu have it in itself, but for good eating we are always ready to pay good money too. both service staff were very nice and attentive. but somehow the etepetete cover with white gloves did not fit the paper napkin and the plastic flower decoration. but we are not here because of externalities, but because of eating: I took the recommendation of the day (recreate with truffle noodles), my man the cervical with knock and red cabbage. we always exchange according to the half of the court, so I can judge both here.Beide meat types were very tender and exactly cooked on the spot. with wild can really handle the pfannenschrat! only unfortunately not with the salt-scattering - because the noodles were not only a bit too hard, but also a bit too salty. the red cabbage, on the other hand, was already boiled too soft, and properly salted. It is also a pity that the salat was over-ground with two finishdressings - in this price class (34 € for the reh)! an absolute no-go. To be honest, I've eaten much better for this price, and that's why we're not going to visit the french.
